Our Philosophy

Our culture is to offer a relaxed atmosphere creating an open friendly environment to train. Everyone is treated the same whether they are just setting out or have many years gym experience behind them. We are just as excited for beginners, serious professional competitors and athletes. We offer classes to help our members to choose more variety between class and gym based work, we’re simply the best fitness space in Marlborough!

Our trainers bring a wide diversity of skills and experience. Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up or train for a competition our trainers can help. We also have a nutrition expert available to help with your goals.

We have a variety of membership passes to suit everyone. We also have Pay as You Go passes for those who want to drop in or maybe friends or family who want to join you for a session?
