What started out as a ‘lose-weight-for-the-wedding’ challenge for me in 2014 has become a passion to help people live their normal lives better by becoming life strong. I want to help people improve their fitness and full-body strength to be able to live their lives to the fullest. Whether you want to train by yourself, or with a friend, I will help you by planning varied functional workouts for your sessions so that you never do the same workout twice, and still see improvements!
I am also a huge lover of Olympic Weightlifting so if you need any pointers on your clean and jerk or snatch, I’d be happy to help!
